Background on Drupal
-
"Drupal is open source software released under the GNU Public License. This means it has inherent benefits--cost, flexibility, freedom, security, and accountability--that are unmatched by proprietary software. For example, Drupal is free to download and anyone can modify and extend the platform."

YouTube:
YouTube video embed is supported with a 100MB limit. Here is a link of supported YouTube file formats.
Does that mean the videos we make should be uploaded to YouTube?
- Yes, you could create a new YouTube Channel and call it UCLA APB or any preferred name
Do we list the file as “unlisted” rather than “public” (YouTube video settings).?
- Unlisted videos only viewable if users are provided with the link. Public videos are open to everyone and is searchable. If we are to embed the video in the website and no need to view by everyone in the world, list as Unlisted is good.
The video link in the prior sentence discusses “YouTube Studio”. Do you know if YouTube Studio is part of the UCLA suite of Google services?
- Yes
Previewing webpages
From 5/27/2021 email from Florence Lei:
Morning Bob, you could make that page live but give an “unusual” page URL under URL alias. After review, change that page to “Draft” mode then continue update as needed.
