Zoe joined APB as Assistant Director of Budget Administration in November 2025. Before joining UCLA, she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a federal government agency, doing budgeting, financial management and internal controls related work. Zoe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Pre-Law from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University.
