Senior Strategic Planning Analyst
Ellen is a proud Bruin who has been part of the UCLA community for over ten years. Prior to joining the UCLA Office of Academic Planning and Budget, Ellen worked in finance, academic services, and admissions at UCLA Anderson School of Management. She brings extensive experience in higher education budget management, financial forecasting, academic operations, and enrollment data analytics.
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA with a major in Psychology and minor in Entrepreneurship. She has previously lived in Philadelphia and Shanghai, China. During her free time, she enjoys dancing and listening to K-pop music.
