Max joined the Office of Academic Planning & Budget in August 2026. Prior to joining APB, Max worked as a Financial Analyst at USC’s Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, where he is also from. Outside of work, Max enjoys running, reading, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time with his wife.
