Cecilia Zhang has served as the Associate Director of Data Science and Institutional Research at APB. Prior to joining UCLA in June 2017, she was engaged in institutional research, business intelligence and advanced analytics in various institutions of higher education. Cecilia earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and her doctoral research focused on the impact of labor migration on regional income inequality using panel data analysis.
