Senior Strategic Planning Analyst
Hector is a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst for UCLA's Office of Academic Planning and Budget. Prior to joining UCLA, he managed financial planning and analysis across both public education and corporate sectors, including financial target setting, long-term financial planning, investment portfolio management, financial decision support, and strategic planning. He holds an MBA from USC, as well as a BA in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies from UCLA. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, going hiking, DIYs, and volunteering. He is a strong advocate of educational equity and is proud to be a part of the UCLA community as both an alumnus and an employee.
